1. Content and function of the website

Through GetPrice you can get search results (the content is not checked) for the online offers entered there ("services"). The search function and information made available on this website are a free service provided for the user's convenience.

Our website contains a search function which you can use to search the online offers entered and indexed by us and third parties for the prices of goods, products and services. GetPrice enters content and price information for the purpose which is supplied by the online merchants in question or third-party content providers. This information is NOT checked by GetPrice.

The market overviews and consumer information generally include information on the price, product, supplier, availability and shipping costs. Many products also have additional information such as user comments, test reports and price histories. It is not intended to provide a complete overview of the market, and GetPrice specifically does not promise such.

The user recognises that GetPrice merely collects search results from third-party providers and makes them available in searchable form. This price information is collected in good faith. At the same time GetPrice cannot guarantee that the prices shown are fully compliant with the regulation on price displays (PAngV). It may also happen that merchants update prices and these updates have not yet been entered by GetPrice. The user will accordingly regularly check the final price with the supplier in question.

GetPrice cannot warrant to the user that the desired product is available for delivery from the merchant in question. It further cannot guarantee that an agreement can be reached between the user and merchant. Any purchase or service agreements are entered into solely by the user and the relevant merchant.

We further cannot guarantee that our web pages, links or linked pages are free from viruses. We accept no obligation regarding availability of our website. None of our services includes an offer or promise that a specific product is available for purchase at a specific price or that a merchant will sell a specific product or a specific service for a specific purpose or at a specific price or on any specific conditions. GetPrice does not accept any liability for the price, conditions, product, availability and/or services offered by a specific merchant.

2. Use of the website, services

The service is available without charge. Users need not register or log in to be able to use the service. Users must obtain the necessary technology for using the service at their own expense (e.g. Internet connection, cell phone connection).

GetPrice gives users the opportunity to post product reviews (user generated content). The user has sole responsibility for the content of his or her product review. Users agree to publication of the reviews by clicking on the "Review" button. No person-related data are collected in the process.

GetPrice does not check the product reviews. Users are accordingly obliged to be respectful and objective. The contributions should always be closely related to the product to be reviewed. GetPrice reserves the right to delete contributions with commercial, advertising, criminal, insulting or otherwise unacceptable content immediately and without prior contact with the user. Users will also refrain from product reviews which violate third party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark or personality rights). The same applies if GetPrice is notified of such content by third parties (cf. 6 below).

The entire content of this website is copyrighted. Any unauthorised use of the content of the website may be illegal. Specifically, under the present agreement GetPrice allows you to access and use the services for your personal use.
